Bio
Kristen is proud to join the Green City Market team as the Edible Education Programs Manager, cultivating curiosity and a taste for more. She brings thirteen years of urban farming and edible education experience, working with students from Pre-K through adulthood in formal and hands-on education.
Guided by her commitment to food sovereignty, Kristen is eager to create opportunities for land stewardship and nourishment by fostering conversations between farmers, chefs, food procurement and the public.
Outside of work you can find Kristen tending to her backyard food forest with two Frenchies, flower arranging or scrapbooking.
